Here at James Cook Hospital, we are proud to be part of the GenOMICC study. The work they do is absolutely vital in us gaining a greater understanding of critical illness and will really help shape the future of critical care medicine and treatment.
Recruiting to the study is a very simple process! It is easy for patients and their relatives to understand - which is so important when this can be such a difficult time for them.
The Genomicc team are wonderful to work alongside! They are always happy to help and assist with any questions that may arise. They often make us feel valued by recognising our achievements - our most recent being our 500th patient!
